Fitting optimisation

Reconfiguring your existing fittings is a simple way to maximize the light produced from them while minimizing their energy use

Lamp upgrade

By replacing your current lamps with the better technology you will produce the same amount of light using significantly less energy.

Additionally the better technology lamps have much longer lives than older technologies. Extended lives mean less maintenance costs to replace them.

Automation

Sensor installation

Much of the energy we use is consumed when we are not there to make the most of it. By installing sensors in less utilized areas you can save energy by making the lights go out without having to flick a switch.

Sometimes the sunlight in a room is enough to not need the lights on full power so we can install a light sensor that reacts when the light in a room alters your needs. We will carefully stage the timing so that your eyes can adjust and you will hardly notice the change.

Control systems

Introducing a control system or building management system gives you a new level of control over your energy use. Previously these sorts of systems were out of reach for all but the most expensive fitouts.

SMART control system integrate what is actually happening outside your building to mange the climate controls within the building. For instance, some mornings are cold and overcast and your air conditioning plant need not start as early as the timer is set. With a SMART control system your building is smart enough to know when air conditioning is not needed.

Energy prices and improvements in technology allow us to provide these systems to some customers with very short payback periods.
